For the wrath of God appeareth from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men which withhold the truth in unrighteousness: seeing, what may be known of God, that same is manifest among them. Every man can *eschue a person moved to anger, for what he doth
wisely? Even so shall the Lord of Hosts take away from Jerusalem and
from Juda, all possessions and power, all meat and drink, the captain and the
soldier, the judge and the prophet, the wise and the aged man, the worshipful of
fifty year old, and the honorable: the Senators, and the men of understanding:
the masters of crafts and orators. And I shall give you children to be

Now understand I the things that are laid up
