and the city without ...did not have power ...and the there within ...within the city...there was no food ...
and thousands and thousands ...crowded for food ...yet there was none ...for without power ...no food could be prepared ...to the liking of those of the multitude ...that did eat the food of the city ...
and there were riots of some ...that ate of the food ...that was was of the power of the city ...for there was none ...
