sword of the spirit ... a beautiful sword.

 

Dearly beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, how that one day is with the Lord, as a thousand year, and a thousand year as one day. The Lord is not slack to fulfil his promise, as some men count slackness: but is patient to us ward, and would have no man lost, but would receive all men to repentance. June        This dream occured to me about 3 years ago. I was walking in an area that was very green, and had lots of hills. and although i didn't know where i was going, i felt like i was being guided by something. so i kept walking along, and in the distance i see a glowing come from the ground. so i started to walk toward the light, and when i got there on the grass was a beautiful sword. one that i never ever seen in my life, even better than the movies.       long story short, next thing you know i am standing out side of a religious place of study. maybe like for monks, or someone of deep spiritual calling. it almost looked like a castle. then i turn around and two men are argueing with each other over something. so i walk over there, and they were fighting over the sword that i saw in the field. the two men looked like a cardinal from the vatican, and one looked like some kind of high priest. so i without any struggle i take the sword away from them. next thing you know they turn into beasts, and fall into pieces like clay pottery. it was very astounding, but the way i have interpreted this dream is calling it the sword of the spirit, which is found in the bible. something about, " take the helmet of salvation, the shield of faith, and the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God."      basically the long story short was, how beautiful the sword was, and how heavy it was to pick up off of the ground. i never was afraid, i felt as if i was supposed to see this sword for a certain reason. and the surrounding area in which was at, seemed to be very green, something like Ireland would look like, it was very beautiful.           thank you very much and have blessed day.
