My oldest daughter was home for awhile. She had plans on Friday night to go out with an old friend of hers. This friend is often unkind to my daughter so I was concerned about her going out. I prayed that night that God would keep her safe, and teach her.
That night I slept on the couch waiting for her to come home. At about 2:30 am I felt Jesus wake me up, and I also felt my daughter's spirit.
I thought immediately, oh no Lord you have taken her home with you. I got up, looked outside to find her car, it wasn't there.
Yet ...I felt peace beyond words: Somehow I knew she was just find and in God's hands.
Her testimony when she arrived home was...even though her so called friend took her to bars and diverse places, she felt God's presence all night and especially at about 2:30 am or so.
Years ago I said Lord these are your children you have given me to teach and raise. I know that me and my household will be safe and saved.
