And measures and matters of The Truth of the "time" we are in ...how "man" ..."thought to change time and times ... Dearly beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, how that one day is with the Lord, as a thousand year, and a thousand year as one day.
The Lord is not slack to fulfil his promise, as some men count slackness: but is patient to us ward, and would have no man lost, but would receive all men to repentance.
creteis@yahoo.com Behold in a wonder full dream during the whoreable nightmare of the dark season ...of the times and time ..of the season of man ...see son of man ...
and i was taken and shown in a college or university the opening day of school ...
and young people were moving things into their dorm rooms and setting up beds and dressers and all and anything they brought for home to stuff into small spaces allowed ...
and i was shown a worthy young man helping as he had a heart to help in any and many ways ...
and the worthy young man went about besides moving things to set up the bunks and move furnishings hang curtains...
and on a certain occasion did the young man see a young woman that he was quickened of heart to draw near ...
and the young woman was very fair to look upon ...
evenso the worthy young man was mainly plain faced not overly handsome ...
Yet he had strong manly features of face and body ...
and the young woman looked upon him and thought him to be some kind of jock or athletic sort ...
maybe even a gym jock weight lifter ...which she abhorred ...
and so the fair to look upon young woman ...somewhat put off the plain faced worthy young man ...for she was used to men "hitting on her "
nevertheless the worthy young man was not "hitting on " the very fair to look upon young woman ...for it was a thing that he did not do. PERIOD
and that for the believed "hitting on" some woman for attention or romance or sex ...was a whoreable thing.
Nevertheless the worthy young man was attracted to the young woman ...and drew near to her as they worked ...to set up her doom room ..
and again and evenso the young woman somewhat put off the young man ...for many young men had had intentions for her ...most ill intended ...
evenso the worthy young man and the very fair to look upon young woman noticed a spark between them ...
and as school started and everyone was busy getting books and materials and codes and notes and finding where their classes were ...
and the worthy young man and very fair to look upon young woman did not see each other ...
evenso there was that "spark" and the young man kept his eyes open that he might see the very fair to look upon young woman AGAIN.
and evenso did the fair to look upon young woman somewhat "feel" the same ...except again ...she was distracted for many young man "hit on her" for her beauties sake ...
and the worthy young man was only on campus for classes for he worked two part time jobs to fit his class schedule ...
Nevertheless on day while he was working at a high tech dangerous job ...did the fair to look upon young woman happen to SEE him ...
even as she was walking with a male friend ...who was "just a friend" ...
and that for having "just a friend" helped keep the unworthy young men who just wanted to "hit on her" away ...
Now as she LOOKED UPON the worthy young man did he look up ...and their eyes met ...and again that spark was there ...stronger in each ...
and the worthy young man looked up from his work to get the OK from his boss ...if he could take a break to talk to the visitors ...
and the boss nodded OK ...for the worthy young man was a very valuable worker ...and the visitors might be the worthy young mans sister or brother or both ...
and so the worthy young man met for a short time with the very fair to look upon young woman and her friend ...
even as the worthy truly hoped that the "friend" was in spirit and truth...only that ...just a friend. period
and a time of testing on the part of the fair to look upon young woman took place ...
and the worthy young man had a truck to sell to help pay the expenses of college ...
and the worthy young man sister was wanting a different vehicle ...and offered him half of what the truck was worth playing the "help your sister card" ...
Yet the worthy young man saw the deception ...and though he would help his sister as much as he could ...he would not let her rob him ...
and the fair to look upon young woman SAW all that transpired between the worthy young man and his sister ...even that he was no fool
and yet more might be learned ....so the fair to look upon young woman had her "friend" offer to buy the worthy young mans truck....
and so the worthy young man SEEING that the "friend" of the fair to look upon young woman was interested in his truck ...agreed to allow him to test drive ...
and that for ONLY the fair to look upon woman's asking sake ...for it was a worthy truck and could be sold to any number of people for a higher price sake ...
and so the test drive was arranged ...and the worthy young man and the very fair to look upon young woman went along ...
Yet as the "friend" of the very fair to look upon young woman "tested" the truck he began to abuse the vehicle ...
and the worthy young man looked at the very fair to look upon young woman as if to ask "what is this ???"
Yet the very fair to look upon young woman said nothing ...yet watched to SEE what the worthy young man would do ...
Now the worthy young man shouted for the very fair to look upon young woman's "friend" to STOP ...
and the very fair to look upon young woman's " friend " Stopped the trial instantly for fear to anger the worthy young man the more ...
and the very fair to look upon young woman KNEW at that instant ...that the worthy young man would NOT ALLOW A WRONG THING TO BE DONE...EVEN FOR HER SAKE. PERIOD
nevertheless the worthy young man let the very fair to look upon young woman's "friend" ...off the hook as though forgiven and no hard feelings ...
even as the worthy young man said smiling ..."i did not know you wanted a truck to go hill climbing and baha road raging..." to make light of the abusing the truck ...
and the very fair to look upon young woman's "friend" swallowed hard...with wide open eyes ...seeing the heart of the worthy young man ...began to smile ...
and the very fair to look upon young woman smiled ...
and they all smiling began to laugh !!!
and the very fair to look upon young woman SAW that the worthy young man was able to turn A BAD SITUATION INTO GOOD ...WITHOUT COMPROMISING THE TRUTH.
EVEN LAUGHING OVER IT !
and the fair to look upon young woman "friend" was relived and went on his way ...
and the very fair to look upon young woman BEGAN TO SEE.
AND that the worthy young man was TRULY AND SIMPLY AND PLAINLY ...JUST THAT ! A WORTHY YOUNG MAN IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH.
and as it came to pass of their hearts increased one for one another ...the two began to seek out more occasions that they might SEE each other again ...
and they did ...
and it was so and the worthy young mans heart swelled the more for the very fair to look upon young woman ...
and as they "ran into each other" more offend ...it came to pass that they "made" arrangements to SEE each other more often ...
and soon they were SEEING each other as much as their studies and works would allow ...
even until the time came when they considered "moving in together" ...
Yet upon their hearts was that they would be married and so they were.
and it came to pass that they both knew "they were meant for each other "
and that God had "coupled " them together. PERIOD
and scripture came back to remembrance ...
And the Lord God said: It is not good that man should be alone, I will make him an helper to bear him company. And after that the Lord God had made of the earth all manner beasts of the field, and all manner fowls of the air, he brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them. And as Adam called all manner living beasts, even so are their names. And Adam gave names unto all manner cattle, and unto the fowls of the air, and unto all manner beasts of the field. But there was no help found unto Adam to bear him company.
Then the Lord God cast a slumber on Adam, and he slept. And then he took out one of his ribs, and in stead thereof he filled up the place with flesh. And the Lord God made of the rib which he took out of Adam, a woman: and brought her unto Adam. Then said Adam: This is once bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh. This shall be called woman: because she was taken of the man. For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and cleave unto his wife, and they shall be one flesh. And they were either of them naked, both Adam and his wife, and were not ashamed
THE GOSPELL OF ST. MATTHEW Chpt 19
And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished those sayings, he gat him from Galilee, and came into the coasts of Jewry beyond Jordan, and much people followed him, and he healed them there.
Then came unto him the Pharisees tempting him, and saying to him: Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for all manner of causes? He answered and said unto them: Have ye not read, how that he which made man at the beginning, made them man and woman and said: for this thing, shall a man leave father and mother and cleave unto his wife, and they *twain shall be one flesh. Wherefore now are they not twain, but one flesh: Let not man therefore put asunder, that which God hath coupled together. Then said they to him: why did Moses command to give a testimonial of divorcement and to put her away? He said unto them: Moses because of the hardness of your hearts *suffered you to put away your wives: But from the beginning it was not so. I say therefore unto you, whosoever putteth away his wife (except it be for fornication) and marrieth another breaketh wedlock. And whosoever marrieth her which is divorced, doth commit *advoutry.
Then said his disciples to him: if the matter be so between man and wife, then is it not good to marry. He said unto them: all men cannot away with that saying save they to whom it is given. There are chaste, which were so born out of their mothers belly. And there are chaste, which be made of men. And there be chaste, which have made themselves chaste for the kingdom of heavens sake. He that can take it, let him take it. Then were brought to him young children, that he should put his hands on them and pray. And the disciples rebuked them. But Jesus said: *suffer the children and forbid them not to come to me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven. And when he had put his hands on them he departed thence.
And behold one came, and said unto him: good master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? He said unto him: why callest thou my good? there is none good but one, and that is God. But if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. The other said to him: Which? And Jesus said: break no wedlock, kill not: steal not: bear not false witness: honour father and mother: and love thine neighbor as thy self. And the young man said unto him: I have observed all these things from my youth, what lack I yet? And Jesus said unto him if thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give it to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven, and come and follow me. When the young man heard that saying, he went away mourning. For he had great possessions.
Then Jesus said unto his disciples: Verily I say unto you: it is hard for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of heaven. And moreover I say unto you: it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, then for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. When his disciples heard that, they were exceedingly amazed, saying: who then can be saved: Jesus beheld them, and said unto them: with men this is unpossible, but with God all things are possible.
Then answered Peter, and said to him: Behold, we have forsaken all and followed thee, what shall we have? Jesus said unto them: verily I say to you: when the son of man shall sit in the seat of his majesty, ye which follow me in the second generation shall sit also upon twelve seats, and judge the twelve tribes of Israel. And whosoever forsaketh houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my names sake, the same shall receive an hundred fold, and shall inherit everlasting life. Many that are first shall be last, and the last shall be first*twain (two) *suffered (allowed) .*advoutry: prefix "a" meaning not or without, devout: devotion; plain hearted to God, being devoted to something or some one else. see James 2 for adultery
THE FIRST EPISTLE OF ST. JOHN Chpt 2
See that ye love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the father is not in him. For all that is in the world (as the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of goods) is not of the father, but of the world. And the world vanisheth away and the lust there of: but he that fulfilleth the will of God, abideth ever.
THE EPISTLE OF ST. JAMES Chpt 4
Go to now ye that say: today and tomorrow let us go into such a city and continue there a year and buy and sell, and win: and yet cannot tell what shall happen tomorrow. For what thing is your life? It is even a vapor that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away: For that ye ought to say: if the Lord will and if we live, let us do this or that. But now ye rejoice in your boastings. All such rejoicing is evil. Therefore to him that knoweth how to do good, and doth it not, to him it is sin
THE GOSPELL OF ST. JOHN Chpt 17
Now come I to thee, and these words speak I in the world, that they might have my joy full in them. I have given them thy words, and the world hath hated them, because They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I desire not that thou shouldest take them out of the world: but that thou keep them from evil. They are not of the world, as I am not of the world. Sanctify them with thy truth. Thy saying is truth. As thou didst sent me in to the world, even so have I sent them into the world, and for their sakes sanctify I myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.
I pray not for them alone: but for them also which shall believe on me through their preaching, that they all may be one, as thou father art in me, and I in thee, that they may be also one in us, that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. And that glory that thou gavest me, I have given them, that they may be one, as we are one, I in them and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.
Father, I will that they which thou hast given me, be with me where I am, that they may see my glory which thou hast given me. For thou lovedest me before the making of the world. O' righteous father, the very world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me. And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it, that the love wherewith thou hast loved me, be in them, and that I be in themBut the serpent was subtler than all the beasts of the field, which the Lord God had made: and said unto the woman: you, hath God said in deed, you shall not eat of all manner trees in the garden? And the woman said unto the serpent, of the fruit of the trees in the garden we may eat, but of the fruit of the tree that is in the midst of the garden ( said God ) see that ye eat not, and see that ye touch it not, lest ye die. Then said the serpent unto the woman: tush ye shall not die: but God doth know that whensoever ye should eat of it, your eyes should be opened, and ye should be as God, and know both good and evil. And the woman saw that it was a good tree to eat of, and lusty unto the eyes, and a pleasant tree for to give understanding. And took of the fruit of it and ate, and gave unto her husband also with her, and he ate. And the eyes of both of them were opened, that they understood how that they were naked. Then they sewed fig leaves together and made them aprons.
And they heard the voice of the Lord God as he walked in the garden in the cool of the day. And Adam hid himself and his wife also from the face of the Lord God, among the trees of the garden. And the Lord God called Adam, and said unto him: where art thou? And he answered: Thy voice I heard in the garden, but I was afraid, because I was naked, and therefore hid myself. And he said: Who told thee that thou wast naked? hast thou eaten of the tree, of which I bade thee that thou shouldest not eat? And Adam answered: The woman which thou gavest to bear me company, she took me of the tree, and I ate. And the Lord God said unto the woman: Wherefore didest thou so? And the woman answered: The serpent deceived me and I ate.
And the Lord God said unto the serpent: because thou hast so done most cursed be thou of all cattle and of all beasts of the field: upon thy belly shalt thou go: and earth shalt thou eat all days of thy life. Moreover I will put hatred between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed. And that seed shall tread thee on the head, and thou shalt tread it on the heel.
And unto the woman he said: I will surely increase thy sorrow, and make thee oft with child, and with pain shalt thou be delivered: And thy lusts shall pertain unto thy husband, and he shall rule thee.
And unto Adam he said: Forasmuch as thou hast obeyed the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree of which I commanded thee, saying: See thou eat not thereof: cursed be the earth for thy sake. In sorrow shalt thou eat thereof all days of thy life: And it shall bear thorns and thistles unto thee. And thou shalt eat the herbs of the field. In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, until thou return unto the earth whence thou wast taken: for earth thou art, and unto earth shalt thou return.
And Adam called his wife Heva, because she was the mother of all that liveth. And the Lord God made Adam and his wife garments of skins, and put them on them. And the Lord God said: Lo, Adam is become as it were one of us, in knowledge of good and evil. But now lest he stretch forth his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat and live ever. And the Lord God cast him out of the garden of Eden, to till the earth whence he was taken. And he cast Adam out, and set at the entering of the garden Eden, Cherubim with a naked sword moving in and out, to keep the way to the tree of lifeTHE FIRST TO THE CORINTHIANS Chpt 11
I commend you brethren that ye remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances even as I delivered them to you. I would ye knew that Christ is the head of every man. And the man is the womans head. And God is Christs head. Every man praying or prophesying having any thing on his head, shameth his head. Every woman that prayeth or prophesieth bare headed, dishonesteth her head. For it is even all one, and the very same thing, even as though she were shaven. If the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn. If it be shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her cover her head.
THE REVELATION OF ST JOHN Chpt 21
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth. For the first heaven, and the first earth were vanished away, and there was no more sea. And I John saw that holy city new Jerusalem come down from God out of heaven prepared as a bride garnished for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying: behold the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them. And they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. And there shall be no more death, neither sorrow neither crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the old things are gone. And he that sat upon the seat, said. Behold I make all things new. And he said unto me: write, for these words are faithful and true.
And he said unto me: it is done, I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give to him that is a thirst of the well of the water of life, free. He that overcometh, shall inherit all things, and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.
And there came unto me one of the seven Angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues: and talked with me saying: come hither, I will show thee the bride, the lambs wife. And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and an high mountain, and he showed me the great city, holy Jerusalem descending out of heaven from God, having the brightness of God. And her shining was like unto a stone most precious, even a Jasper clear as Crystal: and had walls great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve Angels: and names written, which are the twelve tribes of Israel: on the East part three gates, and on the North side three gates, and towards the South three gates, and from the west three gates: and the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the lambs twelve apostles.
And he that talked with me, had a golden reed to measure the city with all and the gates thereof and the wall thereof. And the city was built four square and the length was as large as the breadth of it, and he measured the city with the reed twelve thousand furlongs: and the length and the breadth, and the height of it, were equal. And he measured the wall thereof an hundred and forty four cubits: the measure that the angel had was after the measure that man useth. And the building of the wall of it was of Jasper. And the city was pure gold like unto clear glass and the foundations of the wall of the city was garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was Jasper, the second Sapphire, the third a Chalcedony, the fourth an Emerald: the fifth Sardonyx: the sixth Sardeos: the seventh Chrysolite: the eighth Berall: the ninth a Topas: the tenth a Crysoprasos: the eleventh a Jacincte: the twelfth an Amatist.
The twelve gates were twelve pearls, every gate was of one pearl, and the street of the city was pure gold, as through shining glass. And there was no temple therein. For the Lord God almighty and the lamb are the temple of it. and the city hath no need of the *son neither of the moon to lighten it. For the brightness of God did light it: and the lamb was the light of it. And the people which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth shall bring their glory unto it. And the gates of it are not shut by day. For there shall be no night there. And there shall enter into it none unclean thing: neither what soever worketh abomination or maketh lies: but they only which are written in the lambs book of life*son: exactly as it appears; sonne other places see that sun was spelled sunne in the original.
