The Truth of the "time" we are in ...

man ...wife...

And measures and matters of The Truth of the "time" we are in ...how "man" ..."thought to change time and times ...

and the poor widow...

Dearly beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, how that one day is with the Lord, as a thousand year, and a thousand year as one day. The Lord is not slack to fulfil his promise, as some men count slackness: but is patient to us ward, and would have no man lost, but would receive all men to repentance.

Behold in a nightmare of the dark season ...of the times and time ..of the season of man ...see son of man ...

and i was taken and shown a man ...and his wife ...

and the man and his wife were in a bank ...

and the wife was checking ..into their money to see how much they had ...

and the man stood back and asked not a thing ...

and why? for he was forbidden to have any money ...

and why? for the wife controlled all the money ...

and the man had empty pockets ...

and followed his wife around like a little child ...

and if he need anything ...he might ask if he could buy the thing ...

and was not allowed so much that he stopped asking ...

Nevertheless the man and the wife were in the bank ...

and an aged widow came in to check on the money that she had ...

and the aged widow had little ..and had been robbed of the bank by "policy " ...

and she had less ..not even enough to eat ...

and the man looked at the aged widow and wanted to help ...

Yet he pulled out his pockets ...to show he had no money ...

and the wife turned and looked upon him with scorn ...

and all three left the bank ...

and it came to pass that the man himself ...received some money ...

and it was enough ...that the wife took most ...

and yet allowed him to have some for himself ...

and she allowed him ...a fifty dollar bill ...a twenty dollar bill ...and a five dollar bill ...

and the man kept the money in his pocket ...

Now it came to pass that the man and his wife were back at the bank ...

and again the wife was looking into the money that she kept in the place ...

and again the aged widow came in ...

and again the aged widow was robbed of the bank by a different cunning policy ...

and again the man saw that the aged widow was broke ...

and again he was moved to help her ...

and he reached into his pocket ...to bring out his increase ...

and in that instant ...the eyes of his wife scoured upon him ...

for she knew he was about to give the aged widow some money ...

and the wife's eyes like lasers scanned all that the man might do ...

Nevertheless i was not shown what the husband was able to do ...to help the aged widow ...

or what he gave her ...much of his increase ...or little ...or something in the middle ...

or if he gave in secret ...that no one knew ...

even as it is written ...or not ...

or if he had to pay the higher price ...of his wife's rabid scorn ...

and scripture came back to remembrance ...

THE GOSPELL OF ST. LUKE Chpt 16

There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine byss, and fared deliciously every day. And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which lay at his gate full of sores desiring to be refreshed with the crumbs which fell from the rich mans board. Nevertheless, the dogs came and licked his sores. And it fortuned that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abrahams bosom. The rich man also died, and was buried.
And being in hell in torments, he lift up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom, and he cried and said: father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue: for I am tormented in this flame. But Abraham said unto him: Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime, receivedst thy pleasure, and contrary wise Lazarus pain. Now therefore is he comforted, and thou art punished. Beyond all this, between you and us there is a great space set, so that they which would go from hence to you cannot: neither may come from thence to us.
Then he said I pray thee therefore father, send him to my fathers house. For I have five brethren: for to warn them lest they also come into this place of torment. Abraham said unto him: they have Moses and the Prophets, let them hear them. And he said: nay father Abraham, but if one came unto them from the dead, they would repent. He said unto him: If they hear not Moses and the Prophets, neither will they believe, though one rose from death again.

THE GOSPELL OF ST. MATTHEW Chpt 6

Take heed to your alms, that ye give it not in the sight of men, to the intent that ye would be seen of them. Or else ye get no reward of your father which is in heaven. Whensoever therefore thou givest thine alms, thou shalt not make a trumpet to be blown before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, for to be praised of men. Verily I say unto you, they have their reward. But when thou doest thine alms, let not thy left hand know, what thy right hand doth, that thine alms may be secret: and thy father which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.
And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are. For they love to stand and pray in the synagogues, and in the corners of the streets, because they would be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, they have their reward. But when thou prayest, enter into thy chamber, and shut thy door to thee, and pray to thy father which is in secret: and thy father which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly
