God's Truth: war and taxes ...

Dearly beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, how that one day is with the Lord, as a thousand year, and a thousand year as one day. The Lord is not slack to fulfil his promise, as some men count slackness: but is patient to us ward, and would have no man lost, but would receive all men to repentance.

Behold in a nightmare of the dark season ...of the times and time ..of the season of man ...see son of man ...

and i was taken and show a place were taxes are ...prepared ...

and it was in the land of the eagle ...

even as now is and was ...

nevertheless the taxes were to paid ...

even according to as it is written and spoken of by Christ ...

and that ...not to complaining ...

even only in spirit and truth ...to pay tribute ...(taxes)

Then went the Pharisees and took counsel how they might tangle him in his words. And they sent unto him their disciples with Herods servants saying: Master, we know that thou art true, and teachest the way of God truly, neither carest for any man, for thou considerest not mens estate. Tell us therefore: how thinkest thou? Is it lawful to give tribute unto Caesar or not? Jesus perceived their wickedness, and said: Why tempt ye me ye hypocrites? Let me see the tribute money. And they took him a penny. And he said unto them: whose is this Image and superscription? They said unto him: Caesars. Then said he unto them: Give therefore to Caesar, that which is Caesars: and give unto God, that which is Gods. When they heard that, they marvelled, and left him, and went their way.

nevertheless did the man pay his taxes ...yet another grieved him ...

and that was this ...that he had to pay another to prepare his taxes for him ...

even so were the laws so many and diverse and hard to understand ...

and a woman dressed in strange clothing was given license to prepare the mans taxes ...

and so it was that he had to pay hi taxes ...

and as well pay the woman in strange clothing to prepare the taxes for him ...

and the man said ...even as it is written i needs pay the taxes ...

and take not any regard that i am poor and a disabled veteran of the wars of the eagle ...

Yet it grieves me sore ...said the man that others have been given license more ...

even more to tax me of themselves ...to charge me more to prepare the taxes ...

and the veteran said ...these that tax us more ...

even this woman dressed in strange clothing ...

even she reminds me of the harlots that had license to hang ...around the camps of soldiers ...

and though i heard the mans complaint ...

nevertheless it seemed that none other heard his voice ...

and all of all or any only worried about their own taxes ...

ST. PAUL TO THE ROMANS Chpt 13

Let every soul submit himself unto the authority of the higher powers. For there is no power but of God. The powers that be, are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth power, resisteth the ordinance of God. And they that resist, shall receive to themselves damnation. For rulers are not to be feared for good works, but for evil. Wilt thou be without fear of the power? Do well then: and so shalt thou be praised of the same. For he is the minister of God, for thy wealth. But and if thou do evil, then fear: for he beareth not a sword for nought but is the minister of God, to take vengeance on them that do evil. Wherefore ye must needs obey, not for fear of vengeance only: but also because of conscience. And even for this cause pay ye tribute. For they are Gods ministers, serving for the same purpose.
Give to every man therefore his duetie: Tribute to whom tribute belongeth: Custom to whom custom is due: fear to whom fear belongeth: Honour to whom honour pertaineth.
