the watch ...the rumors and the accusers....

And measures and matters of The Truth of the "time" we are in ...how "man" ..."thought to change time and times ...

Dearly beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, how that one day is with the Lord, as a thousand year, and a thousand year as one day.

The Lord is not slack to fulfil his promise, as some men count slackness: but is patient to us ward, and would have no man lost, but would receive all men to repentance.

Behold in a nightmare of the dark season ...of the times and time ..of the season of man ...see son of man ...

and i was taken and shown a place like a marina ...

and it was a bright and son filled day ...

and there was a man working roundabout the place ...

and he was kneeling down working ...

nevertheless in his heart he was thanking God and Christ ...

even in spirit and truth ...

Now a rich man came along who was very friendly to the man working ...

and he said to the man working ...how are you today ...?

and what time are you going to have lunch ...?

Now the man working turned his wrist ...to see what time it was ...

and behold ...he did not have a watch ...

and the man working looked up and smiled ...and said ...my watch broke ...

and all though i know about what time it is ...

evenso i can not make appointments ...according to times ...

Now the rich man said wait here ...just a minute ...

and the rich man went to the business he owned ...

and went in ...opened the desk ...

and took out a watch ...

and shortly he returned to the man working ...

and the rich man held out his hand ...

and there hung a watch in it for the man working ...

and the rich man said ...here take this watch ...it just sits in my desk ...

and my wife bought me a new one ...

and now i have to wear the watch she gave me ...

or i would get in trouble ...

and the man working looked up ...

and looked at the rich man ...

and smiled thank fully ...and received the watch ...

nevertheless the man working looked at the watch ...

and he said oh ...oh no i can not accept ...this watch ...

and why ? ..for it is very expensive ...

even a digital rolex watch ...

and the man working held out the watch ...back to the rich man ...

Yet the rich man said ...no no ...its all right ...

i want you to have it ...

and the more i have no use for it anymore ...

and it just sits in a dusty drawer of my desk ...

and the rich man waved his hands ...flatly ...against taking the watch back ...

and the man working ...smiled a thank full smile ...

and put the watch on his wrist ...

and he looked at the rich man again ...and said ...are you sure ?

and the rich man made a face ...and said ...Y E S !!!

and the man working said to the rich man smiling ...what time are we having lunch ...?

and this time ...this time ...i am buying ...

and the two men laughed with each other ...

and said nothing more of the watch ...

and thought nothing more of the watch ...for the men were worthy friends one to another ...

and that in spirit and truth ...

Nevertheless it came to pass ...that another man came by ...

and the other man spied the watch on the man working wrist ...

and the other man thought and evil thought ...

and said to himself ...what would the man working be doing with with such a watch ...

and the other man told others ...

and others began to say ...he must have found it ...

and another said he must have found it ...and not turned it in ...

and another said he might have stolen it from one of the boats ...

and the rumors and accusers were many against the man working ...

and one day the rumors came to the ears of the man who worked ...

and it was said that most of all and many were talking about it ...

and none could allow that the man who worked around the docks wore a rolex ...

and to the man took the watch and went to his friends business ...

and put the watch back in the desk ...

and went his way back to working on the dock ...

nevertheless the rumors abounded still ...

and more the wonder where the watch went ...

and maybe the man working needed money and pawned the watch ...

and others said ...it was stolen ...and before getting caught he ...got rid of it ...

and there were many more rumors and accusers were many against the man working ...

and one day came the gossiping man ...who first spied the watch ...

and the gossiping man began a conversation ...with the man working ...

and he subtly slyly slipped the question into the conversation ...

and he said what ever happed to that fine watch you had ...?

and the man working ...looked up ...

and said come with me ...

and the man working took the gossiping man to the rich mans business ...

and when the rich man saw his friend ...he came out and gave him a hug ...

and he asked who is this with you ...

and the man said this guy wanted to know what happened to the watch you gave me ...

and they took the gossiping man to the rich mans desk ...

and opened the drawer ...and there the watch was ...

and the gossiping man saw the watch ...

and his mouth was agape ...

and the gossiping nor the accuser ...had no more words to speak ...

and the rich man said NOW ...now will you accept the watch i gave you ...?

and the gossiping accuser left the place ...

and the two friends worked on the watch to ...set the time ...

even that the time is right ...

and again the two men laughed with each other ...

and said nothing more of the watch ...

and thought nothing more of the watch ...for the men were worthy friends one to another ...

and that in spirit and truth ...

and scripture came back to remembrance...

THE GOSPELL OF ST. MATTHEW Chpt 26

When Jesus was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper, there came unto him a woman, which had an alabaster box of precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at the board. When his disciples saw that, they had indignation saying: what needed this waste? This ointment might have been well sold, and given to the poor. When Jesus understood that, he said unto them: why trouble ye the woman? She hath wrought a good work upon me. For ye shall have poor folk always with you: but me shall ye not have always. And in that she cast this ointment on my body, she did it to bury me with all. Verily I say unto you, wheresoever this gospel shall be preached throughout all the world there shall also this that she hath done, be told for a memorial of her.
Then one of the twelve called Judas Iscariot went unto the chief priests, and said: what will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they appointed unto him thirty pieces of silver. And from that time he sought opportunity to betray him.

THE GOSPELL OF ST. MARK Chpt 14

When he was in Bethania, in the house of Simon the leper, even as he sat at meat, there came a woman having an alabaster box of ointment called *nard, that was pure and costly: and she brake the box and poured it on his head. And there were some that were not content in themselves, and said: what needed this waste of ointment? For it might have been sold for more then three hundred pence and been given unto the poor. And they grudged against her.
And Jesus said: let her be in rest, why trouble ye her? She hath done a good work on me. For ye shall have poor with you all ways: and whensoever ye will ye may do them good: but me ye shall not have always. She hath done that she could: she came afore hand to anoint my body to his burying ward. Verily I say unto you: wheresoever this Gospel shall be preached through out the whole world: this also that she hath done, shall be rehearsed in remembrance of her.
And Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went away unto the high Priests, to betray him unto them. When they heard that, they were glad, and promised that they would give him money. And he sought, how he might conveniently betray him.

THE SECOND TO THE THESSALONIANS Chpt 3

We have heard say no doubt that there are some which walk among you inordinately, and work not at all, but are busybodies. Them that are such, we command and exhort by our Lord Jesu Christ, that they work with quietness, and eat their own bread. Brethren be not weary in well doing. If any man obey not our sayings, send us word of him by a letter: and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed. And count him not as an enemy: but warn him as a brother.
The very Lord of peace give you peace always, by all means. The Lord be with you all. The salutation of me Paul, with mine own hand. This is the token in all epistles. So I write. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

THE FIRST TO TIMOTHYE Chpt 5

Let no widow be chosen under threescore(60) year old, and such a one as was the wife of one man, and well reported of in good works: if she have nourished children, if she have been liberal to strangers, if she have washed the saints feet, if she have ministered unto them which were in adversity, if she were continually given unto all manner good works. The younger widows refuse. For when they have begun to wax wanton, to the dishonour of Christ, then will they marry, having damnation, because they have broken their first faith. And also they learn to go from house to house idle: yee not idle only, but also trifling and busybodies, speaking things which are not comely.
I will therefore that the younger women marry and bear children, and guide the house, and give none occasion to the adversary to speak evil. For many of them are already turned back, and are gone after Satan. And if any man or woman that believeth have widows, let them minister unto them, and let not the congregation be charged: that ye may have sufficient for them that are widows indeed.
The elders that rule well, are worthy of double honour, most specially they which labour in the word and in teaching. For the scripture saith: Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. And the laborer is worthy of his reward. Against an elder receive none accusation: but under two or three witnesses. Them that sin, rebuke openly, that other may fear.

THE FIRST EPISTLE OF ST. PETER Chpt 4

Dearly beloved, be not troubled in this heat, which now is come among you to try you, as though some strange thing had happened unto you: but rejoice, in as much as ye are partakers of Christs passions, that when his glory appeareth, ye may be merry and glad. If ye be railed upon for the name of Christ happy are ye. For the spirit of glory and the spirit of God resteth upon you. On their part he is evil spoken of: but on your part he is glorified.
See that none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or an evildoer, or as a busybody in other mens matters. If any man suffer as a Christian man, let him not be ashamed: but let him glorify God on his behalf. For the time is come that judgement must begin at the house of God. If it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them which believe not the gospel of God? And if the righteous scarcely be saved: where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God, commit their souls to him with well doing, as unto a faithful creator

THE FOURTH BOOK OF ESDRAS Chpt 16

He knoweth your imaginations and inventions, and what ye think when ye sin, and would hide your sins. Therefore hath the Lord searched and sought out all your works, and he shall *bewray you all. And when your sins are brought forth, ye shall be ashamed before men, and your own sins shall be your accusers in that day. What will ye do? Or how will ye hide your sins before God and his Angels? Behold, God himself is the judge, fear him, leave off from your sins, and forget your unrighteousness, and meddle no more with them: so shall God lead you forth, and deliver you from all trouble. For behold, the heat of the great multitude is kindled over you, and they shall take away certain of you, and feed the idle with Idols: and they that consent unto them, shall be had in *derision.

THE GOSPELL OF ST. JOHN Chpt 8

And Jesus went unto mount olivet, and early in the morning came again into the temple and all the people came unto him, and he sat down and taught them. And the Scribes and the Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in *advoutry, and set her in the midst and said unto him: Master, this woman was taken in *advoutry, even as the deed was a doing. Moses in the law commanded us that such should be stoned. What sayest thou therefore? And this they said to tempt him: that they might have, whereof to accuse him. Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground. And while they continued asking him, he lifted himself up, and said unto them: let him that is among you without sin, cast the first stone at her. And again he stooped down and wrote on the ground. And as soon as they heard that, they went out one by one, the eldest first. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
When Jesus had lifted up himself again, and saw no man, but the woman, he said unto her: Woman where are those thine accusers? Hath no man condemned thee? She said: No man Lord. And Jesus said: Neither do I condemn thee.
      Go, and sin no more.
