the old car lot...

And measures and matters of The Truth of the "time" we are in ...how "man" ..."thought to change time and times ...

Dearly beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, how that one day is with the Lord, as a thousand year, and a thousand year as one day.

The Lord is not slack to fulfil his promise, as some men count slackness: but is patient to us ward, and would have no man lost, but would receive all men to repentance.

Behold in a dream during the nightmare of the dark season ...of the times and time ..of the season of man ...see son of man ...

and i was taken and shown an old car lot ...

and there was a youth looking for a car ...

and the youth had brought in his car to trade ...

and to get another car more to his liking ...

Now the old car dealer was a man that feared God ...and loved the truth.

and he went about to treat people fairly and equitably ...

and he looked at the youth and said ...this and this is your car worth ...

and the young man smiled for it was a fair price ...

and the old dealer said do you then want to sell it ...?

and the youth said yes ...

and so the deal was done ...

and the old car dealer said go look see what car you would buy ...

and mark the difference in price ...

and the youth ran off looking over the old cars ...

and the old car dealer smiled ...as he remembered his youth ...

and his desire for a different car ...

and the old car dealer went back to work ...

and he looked over the the dealership ...

and he had a paint and body shop ...

and he had a mechanical shop ...

and he even had an upholstery and interior shop ...

and everything was clean and neat ...

and his workers happy and their work worthy ...

and they worked as though the cars were for their own loved ones ...

and it made the cars that he sold worthy ...

and people trusted the works and the cars sold at the old car lot ...

even the workers said that the cars there were rightly fixed and repaired ...

and there were many cars at the old car lot ...

Yet none that went out to be sold that was not worthy ...

and if any error slipped by ...

and was found by a customer ...it was quickly made right ...

and local people told their family and friends of the worthy old car lot ...

even strangers from afar off were treated the same ...

and the old car lot prospered ...of the fairness and equity and truth ...

even so most of the time the old car lot dealer ate by himself ...

nevertheless the youth came and said ...oh i would have my car back ...

and that because i can not make up my mind what car i want ...

and the old car dealer said OH oh well that a problem ...

and that because your car was so worthy that it sold right away ...

and the youth was frightened for he was without a car ...

and the youth said what can i do ...for i have to get to work ...

and the old car dealer said pick out any car in your price range ...

and drive it to work ...

and see if it is the one you might keep ...

and the old car dealer treated the youth well ...

and he knew the youths parents and they knew him ...

and he knew where the youth worked ...

and who he worked for ...

and all of all were honorable in spirit and truth ...

and that against robbery and thieving ...

     and against unearned profits ...

     and against extortion ...

and especially against robbing the youth ...

and they all thought robbing the children a crime ...

and scripture came back to remembrance ...

ESAI or ISAIAH Chpt 59

Behold, the Lords hand is not so shortened that it cannot help, neither is his ear so stopped that it may not hear. But your misdeeds have separated you from your God, and your sins hide his face from you, that he heareth you not. For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with unrighteousness: Your lips speak leasings, and your tongue setteth out wickedness. No man regardeth righteousness, and no man judgeth truly. Every man hopeth in vain things, and imagineth deceit, conceiveth weariness, and bringeth forth evil. They breed cockatrice eggs, and weave the spiders web. Whoso eateth of their eggs dieth. But if one treadeth upon them. there cometh up a serpent. Their web maketh no cloth and they may not cover themselves with their labors. Their deeds are the deeds of wickedness, and the work of robbery is in their hands. Their feet run to evil, and they make hast to shed innocent blood. Their counsels are wicked counsels, harm and destruction are in their ways. But the way of peace they know not. In their goings is there no equity, their ways are so *crocked that whosoever goeth therin, knoweth nothing of peace.
And this is the cause that equity is so far from us, and the righteousness cometh not nye us. We look for light, lo, it is darkness: for the morning shine, see, we walk in the dark. We grope like the blind upon the wall, we grope even as one that hath none eyes. We stumble at the noon day, as though it were toward night: in the falling places, like men that are half dead. We roar all like Bears, and mourn still like doves. We look for equity, but there is none: for health, but it is far from us. For our offenses are many before thee, and our sins testify against us. Yee we must confess that we offend, and knowledge that we do amiss: Namely transgress and disassemble against the Lord, and fall away from our God: using presumptuous and traitorous imaginations, and casting false matters in our hearts. And therefore is equity gone aside, and righteousness standeth far off: truth is fallen down in the street, and the thing that is plain and open, may not be showed. Yee the truth is laid in prison, and he that refraineth him self from evil, must be spoiled.
When the Lord saw this, it displeased him sore, that there was no where any equity. He saw also, that there was no man, which had pity thereof, or was grieved at it. And he held him by his own power, and cleaved to his own righteousness. He put righteousness upon him for a breast plate, and a fiery helmet of health upon his head. He put on wrath in stead of clothing, and took jealousy about him for a cloak: ( like as when a man goeth forth wrothfully to recompense his enemies, and to be avenged of his adversaries. ) Namely, that he might recompense and reward the Islands where through the name of the Lord might be feared, from the rising Sun: and his majesty, unto the going down of the same.
For he shall come as a violent water stream, which the wind of the Lord hath moved. But unto Sion there shall come a redeemer, and unto them in Jacob that turn from wickedness, sayeth the Lord. I will make this covenant with them, ( saith the Lord): My spirit that is come upon thee, and the words which I have put in thy mouth, shall never go out of thy mouth, nor out the mouth of thy childrens children, from this time forth for evermore

*crocked (crooked or a crock of ; like unto a bedroom chamber pot )

THE BOOK OF WISDOM Chpt 9

O' God of my fathers, and Lord of mercies ( thou that hast made all things with thy word, and ordained man through thy wisdom, that he should have dominion over the creature which thou hast made: that he should order the world according to equity and righteousness, and execute judgment with a true heart ) Give me wisdom, which is ever about thy seat: and put me not out from among thy children: For I thy servant and son of thine handmaid, am a feeble person, of a short time, and too young to the understanding of judgment and the laws. And though a man be never so perfect among the children of men, yet if thy wisdom be not with him, he shall be nothing regarded. But thou hast chosen me to be a King unto thy people, and the judge of thy sons and daughters.

THE GOSPELL OF ST. MATTHEW Chpt 25

When the son of man cometh in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the seat of his glory, and before him shall be gathered all nations. And he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth the sheep from the goats. And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, and the goats on the left. Then shall the King say to them on his right hand: Come ye blessed children of my father, inherit ye the kingdom prepared for you from the beginning of the world. For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat. I thirsted, and ye gave me drink. I was harborless, and ye lodged me. I was naked and ye clothed me. I was sick and ye visited me. I was in prison and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him saying: master, when saw we thee an hungered, and fed thee? or a thirst, and gave thee drink? when saw we thee harborless, and lodged thee? or naked and clothed thee? or when saw we thee sick or in prison and came unto thee? And the king shall answer and say unto them: Verily I say unto you: in as much as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it to me.
Then shall the king say unto them that shall be on the left hand: depart from me ye cursed, into everlasting fire: which is prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was an hungered, and ye gave me no meat. I thirsted, and ye gave me no drink. I was harborless, and ye lodged me not. I was naked, and ye clothed me not. I was sick and in prison, and ye visited me not.
Then shall they also answer him saying: master, when saw we thee an hungered, or a thirst, or harborless, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? Then shall he answer them and say: Verily I say unto you, in as much as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. And these shall go into everlasting pain: And the righteous into life eternal
