the rotten boat...

And measures and matters of The Truth of the "time" we are in ...how "man" ..."thought to change time and times ...

Dearly beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, how that one day is with the Lord, as a thousand year, and a thousand year as one day.

The Lord is not slack to fulfil his promise, as some men count slackness: but is patient to us ward, and would have no man lost, but would receive all men to repentance.

Behold in a dread nightmare of the dark season ...of the times and time ..of the season of man ...see son of man ...

and i was taken and shown a man...

and the man loved God his father and Jesus his brother and Lord.

and that in spirit and truth.

and there came a neighbor to him ...

and the neighbor offered to sell the man a boat ...

and the first man agreed to consider it...

and they went forth to look at the boat ...

Now the boat had been used hard and neglected of maintenance ...

and that for a long long time ...

and the boat was rotten in the hull ...

and there were holes in the hull ...

and there were repairs ...that had only been done to keep the boat from sinking ...

and even the repairs were done carelessly ...

and much of the boat had been painted over to hid the damage and neglect ...

evenso the first man looked over the boat very care fully ...

and he knew that he could fix it ...for he was given cunning skills ...

Yet he wondered if the boat would be worth the effort ...

and another man appeared ...

and this appearing man also loved God his father and Jesus his brother and Lord.

and that in spirit and truth.

and the appearing man ...came with his son.

and the appearing and and his son looked over the boat ...

and they said tot he first man look see ...

and the tried to start the engine of the boat ...

and it barely started ...

and the engine ran as though it would quit any time ...

and the man and his son said ...if you are asking us ...the boat is unworthy ...that your neighbor would try to sell you ...

and though you have been given many cunning skills ...

and no doubt you are able to repair the boat ...

even so you might ask yourself ...will ...will it be worth all that work and effort ...when it is finished ...

and the first man looked again at the boat ...

and he knew from the words that the father and son had told him ...

and that in spirit and truth.

even that it was a sure thing ...that ...that boat was not worth the effort ...

and scripture came back to remembrance ...

THE GOSPELL OF ST. MARK Chpt 1

And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth, a city of Galile: and was baptised of John in Jordan. And as soon as he was come out of the water, John saw heaven open, and the holy ghost descending upon him, like a dove. And there came a voice from heaven: Thou art my dear son in whom I delight.
And immediately the spirit drove him into wilderness: and he was there in the wilderness forty days, and was tempted of Satan, and was with wild beasts. And the angels ministered unto him. After John was taken, Jesus came into Galile, preaching the Gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying: the time is come, and the kingdom of God is at hand, repent and believe the Gospel.
As he walked by the sea of Galile, he saw Simon and Andrew his brother, casting nets into the sea, for they were fishers. And Jesus said unto them: follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. And straight way, they forsook their nets, and followed him. And when he had gone a little further thence, he saw James the son of Zebede, and John his brother, even as they were in the ship mending their nets. And *anon he called them. And they left their father Zebede in the ship with his hired servants, and went their way after him.

THE REVELATION OF ST JOHN Chpt 12

And I heard a loud voice saying: in heaven is now made salvation and strength and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ. For he is cast down which accused them before God day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the lamb, and by the word of their testimony, and they loved not their lives unto the death. Therefore rejoice heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth, and of the sea: for the devil is come down unto you which hath great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
And when the dragon saw, that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman, which brought forth the man child. And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, times, and half a time, from the presence of the serpent. And the dragon cast out of his mouth water after the woman as it had been a river, because she should have been caught of the flood. And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth and swallowed, up the river, which the dragon cast out of his mouth. And the dragon was wroth with the woman: and went and made war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. And I stood on the sea *stonde

this "flood" of evil "waters" that comes from satans mouth is all the deception guile and lies of world of the worldly ...that is to say plainly anything outside the will and truth of God...

THE GOSPELL OF ST. LUKE Chpt 4

Jesus then full of the holy ghost returned from Jordan, and was carried of the spirit into wilderness, and was forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days ate he nothing. And when they were ended, he after ward hungered. And the devil said unto him: if thou be the son of God command this stone that it be bread. And Jesus answered him saying: It is written, man shall not live by bread only, but by every word of God.
And the devil took him up into an high mountain, and showed him all the kingdom of the world, even in the twinkling of an eye. And the devil said unto him: all this power will I give thee every *whit and the glory of them: for that is delivered to me, and to whosoever I will, I give it. If thou therefore wilt worship me, they shall be all thine. Jesus answered him and said: hence from me Satan. For it is written: Thou shalt honour the Lord thy God, and him only serve.
And he carried him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him: If thou be the son of God, cast thyself down from hence. For it is written, he shall give his Angels charge over thee to keep thee, and with their hands they shall stay thee up that thou dash not thy foot against a stone. Jesus answered and said to him, it is said: thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. As soon as the devil had ended all his temptations, he departed from him, for a season.

THE REVELATION OF ST JOHN Chpt 20

And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, and shall go out to deceive the people which are in the four quarters of the earth Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle, whose number is as the sand of the sea: and they went up on the plain of the earth, and compassed the tents of the saints about, and the beloved city. And fire came down from God, out of heaven, and devoured them: and the devil that deceived them, was cast into a lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet were and shall be tormented day and night for ever more.

THE GOSPELL OF ST. LUKE Chpt 12

I am come to send fire on earth: and what is my desire, but that it were already kindled? Notwithstanding I must be baptised with a baptism: and how am I pained till it be ended? Suppose ye that I am come to send peace on earth? I tell you nay, but rather debate. For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three. The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father. The mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother. The mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

THE GOSPELL OF ST. MARK Chpt 4

And with many such similitudes he preached the word unto them, after as they might hear it. And without similitude spake he nothing unto them. But when they were apart, he expounded all things to his disciples. And the same day when evening was come, he said unto them: let us pass over unto the other side. And they left the people, and took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other ships.
And there arose a great storm of wind, and dashed the waves into the ship, so that it was full. And he was in the stern asleep on a pillow. And they awoke him, and said to him: Master, carest thou not that we perish? And he rose up, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea: peace and be still. And the wind *allayed, and there followed a great calm. And he said unto them: why are ye so fearful? How is it that ye have no faith? And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another: what fellow is this? For both wind and sea obey him

THE GOSPELL OF ST. MATTHEW Chpt 8

And he entered into a ship, and his Disciples followed him. And behold there arose a great tempest in the sea, in so much that the ship was covered with waves, and he was asleep. And his Disciples came to him, and awoke him saying: Master save us, we perish. And he said unto them: why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there followed a great calm. And the men marvelled and said: what man is this, that both winds and sea obey him?
