the candlestick and the oil...

And measures and matters of The Truth of the "time" we are in ...how "man" ..."thought to change time and times ...

Dearly beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, how that one day is with the Lord, as a thousand year, and a thousand year as one day.

The Lord is not slack to fulfil his promise, as some men count slackness: but is patient to us ward, and would have no man lost, but would receive all men to repentance.

Behold in a nightmare of the dark season ...of the times and time ..of the season of man ...see son of man ...

and i was taken and shown in the rush and raging buying and selling robbing and pillaging and extortion of the world of the worldly ...

and there were heaps of goods and wretched things in the current of the river of commerce ...

and all moved fast and pushed and crammed and bore hard against one another ...

and in the midst of the merchants rage ...was a man ...

and the man loved God his father and Jesus his brother.

and that in spirit and truth.

and the man looked upon the river of ...things...

and there was a candle stick in the midst of the tangle and jumble ...

and of the many and most of the world they did not see the candle stick ...

neither did any of the world ...care about the candle stick ...

nevertheless the man went out and looked at the candle stick ...

and he had to move many things and wade through the mess of the ...things...of the world ...

and the candle stick was as though stuck ...in the things of the world ...

nevertheless the man put his hand upon the candle stick ...

     and he looked ...

and behold the candle stick was very old ...

even as of the ancient of days ...

and there was a certain thing designed into the candle stick ...

and the man knew it was of truth ...of the ancient of days ...

Now the man held the candle stick to his chest...

and a way was made for him to be free of the river and tangle of the things of the world ...

and the man stood free ...and wondered a mighty wonder ...

and in that instant he was shown another item that was caught in the tangle of the things of the world ...

and the man looked and there was an oil can ...

and it too ...was of the ancient of days ...

and the oil can had a handle...

and the man took the oil can by the handle ...

and when he removed it from the wretched river of the things of the world ...he looked inside ...the can ...

and behold the can was full of oil ...

and the oil and the candle stick were as one ...

and the candle stick ...kept the oil ...

and the oil kept the fire ...

and the fire kept the light ...

and the light overcame the darkness ...

THE REVELATION OF ST JOHN Chpt 6

And when he opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say: come and see. And I beheld, and lo, a black horse: and he that sat on him, had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say: a measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny: and oil and wine see thou hurt not. And when he opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say: come and see. And I looked. And behold a green horse, and his name that sat on him, was death, and hell followed after him, and power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, that cometh of vermin of the earth.

THE REVELATION OF ST JOHN Chpt 18

And the kings of the earth shall beweep her and wail over her, which have committed fornication with her, and have lived wantonly with her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, and shall stand afar off, for fear of her punishment, saying . Alas, Alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city: for at one hour is her judgment come. And the merchants of the earth shall weep and wail in themselves, for no man will buy their ware any more, the ware of gold and silver, and precious stones, neither of pearl, and raynes and purple, and scarlet, and all thine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass and of iron, and cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and bodies and souls of men.
And the apples that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee. And all things which were dainty, and had in price are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more. The merchants of these things which were waxed rich, shall stand afar off from her, for fear of the punishment of her, weeping and wailing, and saying: Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in raynes, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stone, and pearls: for at one hour so great riches is come to nought.
And every ship governor, and all they that occupied ships, and shipmen which work in the sea, stood afar off, and cried, when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying: what city is like unto this great city? And they cast dust on their heads, and cried weeping, and wailing, and said: Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea, by the reason of her costliness, for at one hour is she made desolate.
Rejoice over her thou heaven, and ye holy Apostles and Prophets: for God hath given your judgement on her. And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying: with such violence shall that great city Babylon be cast, and shall be found no more. And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more in thee: and no crafts man, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee. And the sound of a mill shall be heard no more in thee, and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride, shall be heard no more in thee, for thy merchants were the great men of the earth. And with thine enchantment were deceived all nations: and in her was found the blood of the Prophets, and of the saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth

THE REVELATION OF ST JOHN Chpt 11

And then was given me a reed, like unto a rod, and it was said unto me: Rise and meet the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein, and the *quere which is within the temple, cast out and meet it not: for it is given unto the Gentiles, and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty two months. And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy one thousand, two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sack cloth. These are two olive trees, and two candlesticks, standing before the God of the earth.
And if any man will hurt them, fire shall proceed out of their mouths, and consume their enemies. And if any man will hurt them this wise must he be killed. These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophesying: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all manner plagues, as often as they will.
And when they have finished their testimony, the beast that came out of the bottomless pit, shall make war against them and shall overcome them, and kill them. And their bodies shall lie in the streets of the great city, which spiritually is called *Zodom and Eygpt, where our Lord was crucified. And they of the people and kindreds, and tongues, and they of the nations, shall see their bodies three days and an half, and shall not *suffer their bodies to be put in graves. And they that dwell upon the earth, shall rejoice over them and be glad, and shall send gifts one to another for these two Prophets vexed them that dwelt on the earth.
And after three days and an half the spirit of life from God, entered into them. And they stood up upon their feet: and great fear came upon them which saw them. And they heard a great voice from heaven, saying unto them. Come up hither. And they ascended up into heaven in a cloud, and their enemies saw them. And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain names of men seven thousand and the remnant were feared, and gave glory to God of heaven. The second woe is past, and third woe will come *anon.
And the seventh angel blew, and there were made great voices in heaven, saying: the kingdoms of this world are our Lords and his Christs, and he shall reign for evermore. And the twenty four elders, which sit before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God saying: we give thee thanks Lord God almighty: which art and wast, and art to come, for thou hast received thy great might, and hast reigned. And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead that they should be judged and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the Prophets and Saints, and to them that fear thy name small and great and shouldest destroy them, which destroy the earth. And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple, the ark of his testament: and there followed lightnings, and voices, and thunderings and earthquake, and much hail

*Zodom (Sodom)      *suffer (allow) *anon (shortly). *quere : place of asking ...where petitions are heard
