and i was taken and shown a young man and his father in a car ...
and the young man and his father had went to pick up a friend of the young mans ...
and the two young men sat in the back of the car ...talking about where his friend had been ...
and the friend had been to a religious retreat ...of some church or sect ...
and the friend had come back from the retreat ...filled ...
and said as much to the young man and his father ...
and the more said the friend ...that he had received many answers ...at the religious retreat ...
and that of much study and listening to religious speakers ...he had learned much ...
and the son of the father said ...so of the religion and churchly retreat you have all the answers to all the questions you had ?
and the friend said yes ...!!
and the son of the father said ...so there is nothing left for you to ask ?
and the friend said No ...what would i ask ?
and the son of the father said ...you could ask the father yourself ...
and to this the religious friend said nothing ...for he had nothing to ask the father himself ...
and of the religious friend ...there was nothing to say or ask ...of the son or the father ...
and why ? for the religious friend was filled ...filled with all things ...religiously taught him ...
even all the questions and confusion ...were religiously taught him ...that he might seek religious answers ...
and all the answers ...were given him ...that he might be filled ...religiously righteous ...
nevertheless there were a few ...things ...too deep for him to understand ...
and only priests and clergy who would be scholars of scripture ...could possibly understand ...such profound things ...
and in ...that way ...way ...the way of the religious ...the rulers and priests and pastors of religiousness ...would always have power ...
and profess and propound and even prophesy ...policies and doctrines and dogma of churches and self righteous religions...
and any other imaginations they might have ...
and the father said ...and so you were filled ...filled with what ? ...
and the father went on and said ...look to the measures of matters of ...Moses ...the prophets and John and Jesus ...
and the more ...they all ...all every each one walked alone with God ...
even as Moses was in the desert ...and the prophets ...away ...a way... from the understanding and teachings of the world ...
and John ...in the wilderness ...
and Jesus himself ...forty days and forty nights ...
and perfect understanding ...that God only ...to speak to them ...comfort them ...
even in the void of all other distractions ...
and Jesus went to the mountain ...alone ...and prayed ...
and Jesus taught us to ...what ? ...
enter into thy chamber, and shut thy door to thee, and
pray to thy father which is in secret: and thy father which seeth
in secret, shall reward thee openly.

Paul stood in the midst of Marce street and said: ye men of
Athens, I perceive that in all things ye are too superstitious.
