Dearly beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, how that one day is with the Lord, as a thousand year, and a thousand year as one day. The Lord is not slack to fulfil his promise, as some men count slackness: but is patient to us ward, and would have no man lost, but would receive all men to repentance.

Behold in a nightmare of the dark season ...of the times and time ..of the season of man ...see son of man ...

and i was taken and shown a man ...

and the man was on a computer ...

and suddenly the computer vomited forth all the unworthy things that were in it ...

and there were heaps of pornography and images of other vile things ....

and it was like a huge catalogue thick with pictures and articles and readings of wretchedness ...

even every worthless thing that had ever been ...on the screen of his computer ...

and the man was shocked ...stunned by the seeing of the volumes of wretchedness ...

and he saw all the worthlessness ...

and repented of heart... of being ...of wrestling with wretchedness ...

and in an instant he cleaned up his computer ...

and vanished all the unworthy things ...

and started anew ...

and avoided images thereafter ...

and scripture came back to remembrance ...

THE FIRST EPISTLE OF ST. JOHN Chpt 5

Whosoever believeth that Jesus is Christ, is born of God. And every one that loveth him which begat, loveth him also which was begotten of him. In this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep his commandments. This is the love of God that we keep his commandments, and his commandments are not grievous. For all that is born of God, overcometh the world. And this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. And this is that record, how that God hath given unto us eternal life, and this life is in his son. He that hath the son, hath life: and he that hath not the son of God, hath not life.
      These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the son of God that ye may know how that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the son of God. And this is the trust that we have in him: that if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us. And if we know that he hear us whatsoever we ask, we know that we shall have the petitions that we desire of him.
      If any man see his brother sin a sin that is not unto death, let him ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death, for which say I not that a man should pray. All unrighteousness is sin, and there is sin not unto death.
      We know that whosoever is born of God, sinneth not: but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked toucheth him not. We know that we are of God, and that the world is all together set on wickedness. We know that the son of God is come, and hath given us a mind to know him which is true: and we are in him that is true, through his son Jesus Christ. This same is very God, and eternal life.
