God's Truth: pride of war ...

Dearly beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, how that one day is with the Lord, as a thousand year, and a thousand year as one day. The Lord is not slack to fulfil his promise, as some men count slackness: but is patient to us ward, and would have no man lost, but would receive all men to repentance.

Behold in a nightmare of the dark season ...of the times and time ..of the season of man ...see son of man ...

and i was taken within ...within a mans house ...and he was an Vietnam victim ...veteran ...horribly disquieted by the war ...

and there was second man ...who came ...who was also a veteran ...of the same war ...though not as horribly vexed by the war as the first man ...

and there was the last man ...and he said that he had also "served" during that time of "war" ...not yet in battle ...of blood letting ...only did he bury many ...

Now the did first man ...have a hard time accepting the last man ...for there was no blood on the last mans hands ...save only the blood of who he buried ...

nevertheless the second man received the last man as a brother and welcomed him of heart and soul and spirit and truth ...for any comfort there might be ...

and the last man ...looked ...and the pride of blood letting and pain of battle had made the first man proud ...even proud of his affliction ...

and the last man ...looked ...and the second man who fought the same as the first ...yet had no pride of war ...he did comfort any ...in spirit and truth ...

and the last man ...wondered ...of all that he had buried ...

and of all the closed caskets ...with all the torn and ripped ...young men ...and their body parts ...

if the peoples only knew ...if any would really see ...how torn the whole ...of our youth was and is ...even now ...when they are aged ...

and that the graves hold the parts of many ...and not just one ..

and of the tearing ...of the body ..to pieces

of... the burying of their pieces ..."in the name of God" ...buy the religions and churches made with mens hands ...

pride of war ...and waste ...
