and i was taken and shown in a high place upon the world ...like a sky scraper ...and very high worldly peoples thereof ...
and it was as though they were discussing ..the use of nuclear weapons or bombs ...and it was so strange of their devising ...seemed all understanding and wit was lost ...as well ...
nevertheless and they talked and talked the more ...of the device ...and how it might be used and the rules of its use ...
and i was so astounded of the casual talking ...of such a wicked device ...and the devising of it ...
and it was as though only talking would go on and on and on ...and nothing resolved or done ...for the loss of wit and understanding ...
and evenso the device remained and the use of it considered ...
and it came to pass of the devising ...that any country or nation of place ...that used the nuclear devise ...against another peoples place nation or country ...if any did such a thing ...they must first let all the nations of the world know ...and that buy 20 minutes ...
and again the more ...for they thought it worthy to be warned ...and so much so ...that if any nation country peoples ...did not do such a thing as warn ...then that peoples nation or country ...would themselves be turned to ashes by the same devices ...
Now i was the more astounded of this devising of these high peoples ...
and so much so that i fled their place and places ...and went down from the high places where they dwelt ...and came down from off the sky scaper ...and swiftly ...very swiftly even left the city ...
and as i came a way ...a way from the place ...the devising of them ...came upon them ...as the very same device ...namely nuclear ...affected the whole building ...city ...and the power of it chased even out into the country ...
Nevertheless i was taken a far off and way afar a way ..out of ...all that of the world of the worldly and the devising of ways ...ways of wicked devices ...
and a thing of the world of the worldly came back to remembrance ...how that a leading nuclear scientist ..namely Einstein ...was asked once ...what the weapons of WW3 would be like ?...
and he said i don't know what the weapons of WW3 will be like ...but i can tell you what the weapons of WW4 will be like ...
