and of this and the witness is true ...
i became sore of much pain much pain in my shoulder and arm ...
and so much so that three of my fingers of that hand went numb ...
and the pain has gone on for three days and three nights ...
and the nights offered little rest from the pain ...
and i prayed earnest of heart and soul and mind ...over the pain in my flesh ...
and as i laid down for the third night ...i opened up the scriptures ...
and prayed the more ...
and behold as i opened the book ...my eyes fell on a scripture ...
and it was i scripture that astounded me ...
and why ?
For it was like i was seeing it ...seeing for the first time ....
and my eyes fell on the words ..."I am the Lord thy surgeon."
and i knew that i had to witness of this to others ...
There he made them an ordinance and a law, and there he tempted them and said: If ye will hearken unto the voice of the Lord your God, and will do that which is right in his sight and will give an ear unto his commandments, and keep all his ordinances: then will I put none of these diseases upon thee which I brought upon the Egyptians, for I am the Lord thy surgeon.
and it is the only ...only place in the word of God where "surgeon" is shown ...
