Dearly beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, how that one day is with the Lord, as a thousand year, and a thousand year as one day. The Lord is not slack to fulfil his promise, as some men count slackness: but is patient to us ward, and would have no man lost, but would receive all men to repentance. creteis@yahoo.com      Behold in a nightmare of the dark season ...of the times and time ..of the season of man ...see son of man ...       and i was taken and shown as it is ...of war ...of the soldiers of the eagle ...       and others ...       and there was a small squad of soldiers ...of the eagle fighting against an enemy ...       and the enemy was full of death ...       and appeared that they might fight to the last man ...       and i was shown the ground was full of death ...and dieing ...       and the stain of greenness was over the whole of the place ...       and it appeared that the fighting was going to be fierce ...       even so much that there would be few ...if any left alive ...of either side ...       and the soldiers of the eagle desired helps ...that the battle might turn ...       and they might be abled to escape ...       for it seemed unworthy ...for them to fight to the last man ...       and they called out to the soldiers at their small camp ...that they came from ...       nevertheless there were only a few soldiers left at their camp ...for it was a small outpost ...       even as few as eight were at the camp ...       and in an instant they knew (the ones that were fighting ) ...that those few would not be enough ...       and it was a dread deadly predicament ...that the fighters of the eagle ...found themselves in ...       for to call upon the eight to come and fight ...might only cause them to killed too...       and although they would come if asked ...       nevertheless ...none of the ones fighting desired to see them come into such wicked fighting ...       and a most certain death ...       even as they themselves surely faced ...       Now as they were fighting ...they thoughts of their hearts were heard ...       even the sacrificing of themselves ...that the others might live ...       and an answer was given them ...       and that was to call again ...back to the small out post ...       and to tell the few that remained there ...for each of them to get into a truck ...       evenso that there be as many trucks as there are men left ...       and to drive immediately to the place where the fighting was ....       and in that way the enemy would see the many trucks ....       and think that many more soldiers ...were within ...within each truck ...       and so the enemy might retreat ...faced with being ...being wiped out ...       and i was shown the many trucks rolling swiftly toward the fighting ...       and dark clouds of dust followed upon them ...       even so that the whole area was full of darkness ...       evenso that the fighters might escape ...the deadly fighting ...             and the "greenness" that stained the battle field ...brought back to remembrance a scripture ...       THE REVELATION OF ST JOHN THE DIVINE Chpt 6 And when he opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say: come and see. And I beheld, and lo, a black horse: and he that sat on him, had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say: a measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny: and oil and wine see thou hurt not. And when he opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say: come and see. And I looked.
