Dearly beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, how that one day is with the Lord, as a thousand year, and a thousand year as one day. The Lord is not slack to fulfil his promise, as some men count slackness: but is patient to us ward, and would have no man lost, but would receive all men to repentance. creteis@yahoo.com      Behold in a nightmare of the dark season ...of the times and time ..of the season of man ...see son of man ...       and i was taken and shown a man ...       and the man was in the midst of his kindred ...people of his same blood ...       even his family ...in and of the world ...       the same into such as he was born ...       and the man worked there within ...within his family ...in and of the world ...       and he learned and loved within his worldly family ...       and learned to love the ways of the same ...       and then it came to pass that he went to work ...within ...another family ...       even a family unknown to his family he was born into ...            and the ways and the works of the new family were not the same as the old ...       and the man began to love the ways and works of the new family ...       and even so much so ...that he stayed in the house of the new family ...       and behold when some of the peoples of his old family hear of it ...       even they came to see ...and he visited them also ...       and they came also to join into the new family ...       and even into their ways and works ...       nevertheless some of the others ...of his old family ...hated the new family ...       and even so much more ...were wroth ...       and even rejected ...cut off ...would have nothing to do ...with the ones of the new family ...       and the ones who joined the new family were sad for those that hated them of the old family ...       nevertheless they loved ...the love and the ways and works and truth of the new family ...       and ever hoped that the others would come in too ...       and i looked and behold the old family faded away ...in darkness ...       and within the new family ...all things were made new ...in the light ...       and there no more tears ...          and scripture came back to remembrance ...   THE REVELATION OF ST JOHN THE DIVINE Chpt 7 After this I beheld, and lo a great multitude (which no man could number) of all nations and people, and tongues, stood before the seat, and before the lamb, clothed with long white garments, and palms in their hands, and cried with a loud voice, saying: salvation be ascribed to him that sitteth upon the seat of our God, and unto the lamb. And all the angels stood in the compass of the seat, and of the elders and of the four beasts, and fell before the seat on their faces, and worshipped God, saying, Amen: Blessing and glory wisdom and thanks, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for evermore. Amen.       And one of the elders answered, saying unto me: what are these which are arrayed in long white garments, and whence came they? And I said unto him: Lord thou *wettest. And he said unto me: these are they which came out of great tribulation and made their garments large, and made them white in the blood of the lamb: therefore are they in the presence of the seat of God and serve him day and night in his temple, and he that sitteth in the seat will dwell among them. They shall hunger no more neither thirst, neither shall the sun light on them, neither any heat. For the lamb which is in the midst of the seat, shall feed them, and shall lead them unto fountains of living water, and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.  *again sun: this is sun, spelled originally sunne. *wettest: more over to know sharply.   THE REVELATION OF ST JOHN THE DIVINE Chpt 21  And I saw a new heaven and a new earth. For the first heaven, and the first earth were vanished away, and there was no more sea. And I John saw that holy city new Jerusalem come down from God out of heaven prepared as a bride garnished for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying: behold the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them. And they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. And there shall be no more death, neither sorrow neither crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the old things are gone. And he that sat upon the seat, said. Behold I make all things new. And he said unto me: write, for these words are faithful and true.
