nevertheless as i was preparing to feed the dogs ...i had a bucket with warm waters ...and the remnant of the food ...left over from feeding the family...
Now i took another vessel ...a can ...and reached down in to the dog food bag ...to get a can full ...to mix in the bucket with the warm waters ...
and behold as i did that ...i had lifted within the can ...a vermin ...that was eating the dogs food ...and had been trapped there ...
and the vermin fell into the waters that i was going to feed the dogs ...
Now i looked on the vermin ...and had compassion on him ...for i would not have him drown in the warm waters ...
so i took the spoon ...that i mix the dog food with ...and lifted the vermin out of the dogs water ...and let him escape ...
and i wondered if he would live anyway ...for being so wet of the waters ...and it being such a cold day ...
and i wondered too ...for vermin are a favorite snack for wolves ..and i thought ...dogs also ...mmm
nevertheless the vermin escaped ...and i went back to getting more dog food out with the can ...for they get three cans full ...mixed with waters ...and leftovers ...
Now when i reached into the bag the second time ...i felt a mysterious moving on my back ...
and i turned around to see if i had brushed up against anything ...and no nothing was there ...Yet again something moved ...on my back ...
Now at this second moving on my back ...i was disquieted and moved to the door way ...where there was nothing around me at all ...
and behold again this third time ...something moved against my back ...
To this i removed my shirt swiftly ...and looked ...and behold another larger vermin ...was on the back of my shirt ...and i shook him off ...
evenso i had to get another can of dog food out of the bag ...and so i reached in there again a third time ...
and this time i looked in the bag first ...and behold ...that remains of another vermin was in there ...
and i knew in an instant that the first two vermin had killed and eaten the last vermin ...
and i wondered why ? ...how could they fight ? ...over food ? ...being in a whole 40 pound bag of food ? even unto death ?? even unto eating the loser ??
what foul thing was this ??
Evenso i finished ...i discarded the remains of the vermin ...and went out to feed the dogs ...with the warm waters and the leftovers ...
and i could not but pray over these measures of matters ...
and the answer came swiftly and plainly ...i was disquieted by vermin ...when feeding the dogs ...with the warm worthy waters ...and the food left over of the children ...
worthy waters being the real Word of God
the dog food that which is made of the world ...for the dogs to eat
food left over of feeding the children ...is that food of God ...namely Jesus that any might be blessed to receive ...
dogs being ...as it is written
THE GOSPELL OF ST. MATTHEW Chpt 15
And Jesus went thence, and departed into the coasts of Tyre and Sidon. And behold a woman which was a Canaanite came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying: have mercy on me Lord thou son of David, my daughter is piteously vexed with a devil. And he gave her never a word to answer. Then came to him his disciples, and besought him saying: send her away, for she followeth us crying. But he shook off the vermin into the fire, and felt no harm. How be it they waited when he should have swollen, or fallen down dead suddenly.
