The Lord is not slack to fulfil his promise, as some men count slackness: but is patient to us ward, and would have no man lost, but would receive all men to repentance.

and i was taken and shown a cheap plastic image of a babe ...a man and a woman ...
and the plastic images were old and brittle and yellow of age ...
and within ...within the the cloudy plastic images ...were old light bulbs flickering ...
and in an instant i was taken within ...within a church ...a temple built with hands ...
even where people think to worship God... with their hands ...
and the place was proud and piled high with riches taken from the people ...under the disguise of tithes ...and gifts and free will offerings ...TO THE CHURCH ...
and of the inside ...within the place ...building ...was all hard cut grayish stone ...
and it looked like the inside of a tomb ...
evenso it had put colored glass (held together with lead) in the windows ...that some kind of light might be seen ...
and the people all sat in rows according to their highness in and station in the church ...
and riches in the front and rags in the rear ...
and the wretched place echoed with everyone's footsteps ...whensoever wheresoever any went of came ....
and the fine carved pews with scarlet cushions showed the imprint of their arses ...
even as they sat proudly in their places ...
and tall people were in the front ...
and a priest stood up at his high podium looking over the mass of people ...
and he had robes and banners all draped upon himself ...stood in his own glory ...like some kind of cheap trophy ...hung with ribbons ...for doing worthless things ...
Nevertheless the high priest had a pause in the droning chanting standing and sitting standing and sitting ...
even a space in time out ...from the circus like trained parrots ...bobbing up and down ...and squawking things that they they knew not ...
Now in this time out an tall rich woman in the front pews ...stood up ...and said ...she wanted to see women and priests in the church ...
and it was her way of asserting herself ...as a woman ...
and to this the high priest ...in many high words (that few would understand) ...yet the woman would ...said she was acting like a whore ...
and why ? for she was using this holy day of the church ...for her own agenda ...
and the woman was sore minished and ashamed to be so rebuked of the church ...on such a holy day ...
and the priest went immediately into speaking a foreign language (latin ) ...to which ...when ...all of the whole mass of people ...heard this ...began to be like stunned ...hypnotized ...
and the people themselves began to swoon of the hearing ...
and made themselves ready to chant back again ...some hidden implanted ...words they were taught all their lives ...
and the holy day of corpse ...was a mass ...held for christ ...
called christmas ...
thought they knew him not ...
and came back to remembrance what a religious and churchly one said to me once...and he said "if it was not for the church ...no one would know about Jesus..."
and scripture came back to remembrance ...
Now this is speaking against the REAL holy days that God and Christ DID give them ...then ...
and NOT the made up imagined fantasized ones of today ...like christ mass ...
and here ...hear is what God said about the old real holy days where in they pretended to honor God ...
that the religious might read and weep ...and repent.

Shall not the day of the Lord be dark, and not clear? shall it not be cloudy, and no shine in it?
I hate and abhor your holy days, and where ye cense me when ye come together I will not accept it. And though ye offer me burnt offerings and meat offerings, yet have I no pleasure therin. As for your fat thank offerings, I will not look upon them. Away with the noise of thy songs, I will not hear thy plays of your music: but see that equity flow as water, and righteousness as a mighty stream. O ye house of Israel, gave ye me offerings and sacrifices those forty years long in the wilderness? yet ye set up tabernacles to your Moloch, and images of your Idols, yee and the star of your God *Rempha, figures which ye made to worship them. Paul stood in the midst of Marce street and said: ye men of Athens, I perceive that in all things ye are too superstitious. For as I passed by and beheld the manner how ye worship your gods, I found an altar wherein was written: unto the unknown God. Whom ye then ignorantly worship him show I unto you: God that made the world and all that are in it, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, he dwelleth not in temples made with hands, neither is worshipped with mens hands, as though he needed of any thing, seeing he himself giveth life and breath to all men everywhere, and hath made of one blood all nations of men, for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath assigned before, how long time, and also the ends of their inhabitation, that they should seek God, if they might feel and find him, though he be not far from every one of us. For in him we live, move and have your being, as certain of your own Poets said. For we are also his generation. For as much then as we are the generation of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, silver or stone, graven by craft and imagination of man.
And the time of this ignorance God regarded not. but now he biddeth all men everywhere repent, because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world according to righteousness, by that man whom he hath appointed, and hath offered faith to all men, after that he had raised him from death.

See ye not that it is hard by, that Libanus shall be turned in to Charmel, and that Charmel shall be taken as wood? Then shall the deaf man understand the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see without any cloud or darkness. The oppressed shall hold a merry feast in the Lord, and the poor shall rejoice in the holy one of Israel.

Hypocrites, well prophesied of you Esaias saying: This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouths, and honoureth me with their lips, how be it their hearts are far from me: but in vain they worship me teaching doctrines, which are nothing but mens precepts.
Chpt 7 The Gospel of St Mark
Then asked him the Pharisees and Scribes, why walk not thy disciples according to the traditions of the elders, but eat bread with unwashen hands? He answered and said unto them: well prophesied Esaias of you hypocrites, as it is written: This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me: In vain they worship me, teaching doctrines which are nothing but the commandments of men. For ye lay the commandment of God apart, and observe the traditions of men, as the washing of *cruses and of cups, and many other such like things ye do.
And he said unto them: well, ye cast aside the commandment of God, to maintain your own traditions. For Moses said: Honour thy father and thy mother: and whosoever curseth father or mother, let him die for it. But ye say: a man shall say to father or mother Corban: which is: that thou desirest of me to help thee with is given God. And so ye suffer him no more to do *ought for his father or his mother, making the word of God of none effect, through your own traditions which ye have ordained. And many such things ye do.
