The Lord is not slack to fulfil his promise, as some men count slackness: but is patient to us ward, and would have no man lost, but would receive all men to repentance. creteis@yahoo.com      Behold in a nightmare of the dark season ...of the times and time ..of the season of man ...see son of man ...       and i was taken and shown a man ...       and the man loved God and Christ in spirit and truth ...       and that man had an older brother ...who was his brother ...in the flesh ...when he was a child ...       and the man that loved God and Christ in spirit and truth ...went to visit his older brother ...who was afar off ...       and his older brother met him as he arrived ...       and he barely recognized his older bother ...       Now his older brother took him places and showed him things ...       and the man who loved God and Christ in spirit and truth was shown many things ...       even so he did not see much of his older brother ...for his older brother was busy all the time ...in his ..world ...the world of the worldly ...       and they did not talk much ...because of the activity ...and the being busy ...of the older brother ...       and the older brother had friends that were closer to him ...than his brother that loved God and Christ in spirit and truth ...       and there was shown beasts ...and pictures of beasts ...       and toys and pictures of toys ...       and proud houses and furniture and cars and crowds ...       and heaps of things ...       and the crowds ...rushed and pressed upon each other ...to obtain the heaps of things ...            and the man who loved God and Christ in spirit and truth ...became separated ...of the rushing and crowding ...pushing and shoving ...       and the older brother was lost in the crowd ...of the world of the worldly ...       and the man that loved God and Christ in spirit and truth ...only could see glimpses of his brother ...now and then ...       and less and less was he able to see his brother ...       and finally he could see his brother no more ...       and why? ...again ...his brother was so caught up ...caught up... in the things of the world of the worldly ...             and scripture came back to remembrance ...       THE GOSPELL OF ST. MATTHEW Chpt 12        While he yet talked to the people: behold his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him. JOHN Chpt 15    Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you and ordained you, that ye go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit remain, that whatsoever ye shall ask of the father in my name, he should give it you.       This command I you, that ye love together. If the world hate you, ye know that he hated me before he hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own. How be it because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore hateth you the world. Remember the saying that I said unto you: the servant is not greater than the Lord.       If they have persecuted me, so will they persecute you. If they have kept my sayings, so will they keep yours.       But all these things will they do unto you for my names sake, because they have not known him that sent me. If I had not come and spoken unto them they should not have had sin: but now have they nothing to cloak their sin with all. He that hateth me, hateth my father. If I had not done works among them which none other man did, they had not had sin. But now have they seen, and yet have hated both me and my father: even that the saying might be fulfilled that is written in their law: they hated me without a cause.       But when the comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the father, which is the spirit of truth, which proceedeth of the father, he shall testify of me. And ye shall bear witness also, because ye have been with me from the beginning.
