and i was taken and shown a man ...
and the man loved God and Christ in spirit and truth ...
and he was in the midst of a very dry land ...
even a land so dry ...it was like a most horrible desert ...
and it was in the land of the most wicked eagle ...(see ...Groanings of the spirit ...america)
Nevertheless for the man who loved God and Christ in spirit and truth ...a house was being ...being built ...
and a wonder full place in the desert was chosen ...was chosen for to build the house ...of the man ...
and the builder came and visited the man ...whose house he would build ...
and the builder made an open show ...of the plans he had ...for the mans house ...
even from the beginning ...
even from the very beginning ...
and the house was begun ...
and there was a digging down deep ...for the house was to ...rest upon ...the rock ...(who is Jesus ) ...
and the house would be built in spirit and truth ...
and nothing of it hidden ...nothing unworthy ...all wonder fully made ...
and the many workers of of rightness came ...
and worked as one soul ...all together ...of one heart ...and mind and spirit and one knowing ...
and soon the walls were up ...
and they seemed to reach unto Heaven ...
and there were vast windows ...that looked up unto Heaven ...
and across ...a cross the land ...
and a mighty wonder was shown ...for behold ...from within ...within the house ...a vast ocean was seen ...
even an endless ocean ...of living waters ....
even when the driest horrible desert was all roundabout ...in the land of the wicked eagle ...
Now roundabout the house ...upon the walls ...was the ceiling ...sealing made ...
and the sealing came to one point ...and only one ...and it was Heavenward ...
and above the sealing ...was the very top of the house ...and the roof thereof ...
and upon the roof of the house was planted rose bushes all roundabout ...
and wheresoever from any place a soul might look out ...that soul might see a bush ...of roses ...
and the man who loved God and Christ wept for tears of joy ...heart fully over flowing ...
and in that instant he was taken and shown the house from without ....
and he looked back upon the house that was built for him ...
and the house was made of finest rock ...
and on a high hill was it prepared for him ...
and the house had many rooms ...
and room the more for others ...to have habitations there ...living and loving there ...
and windows high and low ...that looked upon everything ...
and areas of greenest grass ...to walk in ...in peace and joy and hope of happiness ...
and again the mans heart wept of joy and faithfulness of God and Christ in spirit and truth ...
and scripture came back to remembrance ...
THE GOSPELL OF ST. JOHN Chpt 14
And he said unto his disciples: Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God, and believe in me. In my fathers house are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you even unto myself that where I am, there may ye be also. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
THE GOSPELL OF ST. MATTHEW Chpt 25
When the son of man cometh in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the seat of his glory, and before him shall be gathered all nations. And he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth the sheep from the goats. And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, and the goats on the left. Then shall the King say to them on his right hand: Come ye blessed children of my father, inherit ye the kingdom prepared for you from the beginning of the world. For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat. I thirsted, and ye gave me drink. I was harborless, and ye lodged me. I was naked and ye clothed me. I was sick and ye visited me. I was in prison and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him saying: master, when saw we thee an hungered, and fed thee? or a thirst, and gave thee drink? when saw we thee harborless, and lodged thee? or naked and clothed thee? or when saw we thee sick or in prison and came unto thee? And the king shall answer and say unto them: Verily I say unto you: in as much as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it to me.
Then shall the king say unto them that shall be on the left hand: depart from me ye cursed, into everlasting fire: which is prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was an hungered, and ye gave me no meat. I thirsted, and ye gave me no drink. I was harborless, and ye lodged me not. I was naked, and ye clothed me not. I was sick and in prison, and ye visited me not.
Then shall they also answer him saying: master, when saw we thee an hungered, or a thirst, or harborless, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? Then shall he answer them and say: Verily I say unto you, in as much as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. And these shall go into everlasting pain: And the righteous into life eternalTherefore holy brethren, partakers of the celestial callings consider the ambassador and high priest of our profession Christ Jesus, which was faithful to him that made him, even as was Moses in all his house. And yet was this man counted worthy of more glory than Moses: In as much as he which hath prepared the house, hath most honour in the house. Every house is prepared of some man. But he that ordained all things, is God. And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a minister, to bear witness of those things which should be spoken afterward. But Christ as a son, hath rule over the house, whose house are we, so that we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of that hope, unto the end.
Wherefore as the *holy ghost saith: today if ye shall hear his voice, harden not your hearts, after the rebellion in the day of temptation in the wilderness, where your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years long. Wherefore I was grieved with that generation and said: They *erre ever in their hearts: they verily have not known my ways so that I sware in my wrath, that they should not enter into my rest. Take heed brethren that there be in none of you an evil heart in unbelief, that he should depart from the living God: but exhort one another daily, while it is called today, lest any of you wax hard hearted through the deceitfulness of sin.
We are partakers of Christ if we keep sure unto the end the first substance, so long as it is said: today if ye hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as when ye rebelled. For some, when they heard, rebelled: how be it not all that came out of Egypt under Moses. But with whom was he displeased forty years? Was he not displeased with them that sinned whose carcasses were overthrown in the desert? To whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest: but unto them that believed not? And we see that they could not enter in, because of unbeliefTHE GOSPELL OF ST. JOHN Chpt 14
Verily, verily I say unto you, he that believeth on me, the works that I do, the same shall he do, and greater works then these shall he do, because I go unto my father. And whatsoever ye ask in my name, that will I do, that the father might be glorified by the son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
If ye love me keep my commandments, and I will pray the father, and he shall give you another comforter, that he may bide with you ever: which is the spirit of truth whom the world cannot receive, because the world seeth him not, neither knoweth him. But ye know him. For he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: but will come to you.
Yet a little while and the world seeth me no more: but ye shall see me. For I live and ye shall live. That day shall ye know that I am in my father, and you in me, and I in you.
He that hath my commandments and keepeth them, the same is he that loveth me. And he that loveth me shall be loved of my father: and I will love him, and will show mine own self unto him. Judas said unto him (not Judas Iscarioth) Lord what is the cause that thou wilt show thyself unto us, and not unto the world? Jesus answered and said unto him: if a man love me and will keep my sayings, my father also will love him, and we will come unto him, and will dwell with him. He that loveth me not, keepeth not my sayings. And the words which ye hear, are not mine, but the fathers which sent me.
This have I spoken unto you being yet present with you. But that comforter which is the holy ghost (whom my father will send in my name) he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance whatsoever I have told you.
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you. Not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your hearts be grieved, neither fear ye. Ye have heard how I said unto you: I go and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would verily rejoice, because I said, I go unto the father. For the father is greater then I. And now have I showed you, before it come, that when it is come to pass, ye might believe. Here after will I not talk many words unto you. For the ruler of this world cometh, and hath nought in me. But that the world may know that I love the father: therefore as the father gave me commandment, even so do I.
