Dearly beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, how that one day is with the Lord, as a thousand year, and a thousand year as one day. The Lord is not slack to fulfil his promise, as some men count slackness: but is patient to us ward, and would have no man lost, but would receive all men to repentance.

and the man was given wealth ...
and the man thought to share all things with the people around him ...
nevertheless he was shown that his wife only wanted ...wanted ...longed for ...shorted of ...coveted ...riches of the world ...
and his brother was only interested in robbing him ...as much as possible ...without being ...being obvious ...
and so the most of the mans wealth was hidden from his wife and his brother ...
nevertheless the man shared his wealth with whomsoever was put on his heart ...of God and Christ ...of needs be ...
and scripture came back to remembrance ...
THE GOSPELL OF ST. MATTHEW Chpt 12
While he yet talked to the people: behold his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him. Then one said unto him: behold thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee.
He answered and said to him that told him: Who is my mother? or who are my brethren? And he stretched forth his hand over his disciples and said: behold my mother and my brethren. For whosoever doth my fathers will which is in heaven, the same is my brother, sister and mother.
