The Lord is not slack to fulfil his promise, as some men count slackness: but is patient to us ward, and would have no man lost, but would receive all men to repentance.

and i was taken and shown a darkness upon the earth ...
and dread wickedness of dust and filth and sore disorder and disquietness ...
and in the midst of the clouds of dust and filth ...i was shown the outlines of churches ...
and temples built with men's hands ...
and the churches and temple built with men's hands were part of the darkness and dust and filth ...that was on the face of the earth ...
and a song could be heard ...
and the song was one made up by the religious and churchly ...
and the words were ..."we are climbing Jacob's ladder" ..."we are climbing Jacob's ladder"..."we are climbing Jacob's ladder"...
and there was a droning and moaning as they song ...
even as the had been taught to groan and moan and sing ...when told to ...
and i was astounded ...for a ladder appeared...in the midst of the cloud of dust and dirt and filthiness of the churches and temples made with men's hands ...
and the ladder seemed ...seemed ...to reach into the heavens ...
even as the religious and churchly had been taught ...
and as i watched the ladder began to burn ...
and that from Heaven ...downward ...
and even a raging fire ...
even to the face of the earth ...
and none who were taught ...or thought within themselves ...that they could climb Jacob's ladder ...were able to think that ...or believe that anymore ...
and why? for it is not ...was not ...and never will be by any climbing up of any man ...that any might go to Heaven ...
evenso by the coming down of our Jesus ...very son ...of God our father ...for our sakes ...that any might be saved ...
and by the same Jesus ...being received again ...into Heaven ...in a cloud ...
and NOT by any service ...ceremony ...or sacrifice of any church ...or person ...(no matter how holy ...any pretend ...or are pretended )...
and scripture came back to remembrance ...
When Esau saw that Isaac had blessed Jacob, and sent him to Mesopotamia, to fetch him a wife there, and that as he blessed him he gave him a charge, saying: see thou take not a wife of the daughters of Canaan: and that Jacob had obeyed his father and mother, and was gone unto Mesopotamia: and seeing also that the daughters of Canaan pleased not Isaac his father: Then went he unto Ismael, and took unto the wives which he had, Mahala the daughter of Ismael Abrahams son, the sister of Nabaioth to be his wife. Jacob departed from Berseba and went toward Haran, and came unto a place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was down. And took a stone of the place, and put it under his head, and laid him down in the same place to sleep. And he dreamed: and behold there stood a ladder upon the earth, and the top of it reached up to heaven. And see, the angels of God went up and down upon it, yea and the Lord stood upon it and said:
I am the Lord God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: The land which thou sleepest upon will I give thee and thy seed. And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth: And thou shalt spread abroad: west, east, north and south. And through thee and thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. And see I am with thee, and will be thy keeper in all places where ever thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land: Neither will I leave thee until I have made good all that I have promised thee.
When Jacob was awaked out of his sleep, he said: surely the Lord is in this place, and I was not aware. And he was afraid and said: how fearful is this place? it is none other, but even the house of God and the gate of heaven. And Jacob stood up early in the morning, and took the stone that he had laid under his head, and pitched it up on end, and poured oil on the top of it. And he called the name of the place Bethell, for indeed the name of the city was called Lus before time. And Jacob vowed a vow, saying: If God will be with me, and will keep me in this journey which I go, and will give me bread to eat, and clothes to put on, so that I come again unto my fathers house in safety: then shall the Lord be my God, and this stone which I have set up on end, shall be Gods house: And of all that thou shalt give me, will I give the tenth unto thee

THE GOSPELL OF ST. MATTHEW Chpt 13
Then sent Jesus the people away, and came home. And his disciples came unto him, saying: declare unto us the similitude of the tares in the field. Then answered he and said to them. He that soweth the good seed, is the son of man. And the field is the world. And the children of the kingdom, they are the good seed. And the tares are the children of the wicked. And the enemy that soweth them, is the devil. The harvest is the end of the world. And the reapers be the Angels. For even as the tares are gathered and burnt in the fire: be in the end of this world. The son of man shall send forth his Angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity, and shall cast them into a furnace of fire. There shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then shall the just men shine as bright as the *son in the kingdom of their father. Whosoever hath ears to hear, let him hear.
